This complimentary consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore whether working together feels like a good fit. Before we meet you should know:

I do not participate in insurance networks and do not bill insurance directly. A superbill is provided, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Out-of-network reimbursement varies by insurance plan. HSA and FSA funds are also accepted. Individual sessions are $250.

I am licensed in Connecticut, New York, and PsyPact states (see below), and you will need to be located in one of these states during sessions.
